Terms of Service

please read before commissioning me

Payment Method and Policy:

♡ Payment is made via PayPal invoicing.♡ Full payment will be accepted upon approval of the initial sketch.♡ If preferred, commissions may be paid 50% upfront and 50% after the artwork is completed and ready to be sent.♡ I will NOT send the final artwork until all payments have been made.

Refund Policy:

♡ No refunds will be given unless I, the artist, am unable to complete the commission for any reason. In which case, a full refund will be issued.

Commissioning Process and Revision Policy:

♡ Commissions may be completed within two months.♡ Commissions with strict deadlines may have an additional fee depending on the artist's schedule.♡ I will NOT design characters from scratch. Please provide references and detailed descriptions.♡ I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.♡ As the commissioner, you can repost any artwork I have done for you on any platform as long as you credit me, as you DID NOT create the artwork, and DO NOT have the right to claim the artwork as your own♡ The commissioner can ask for free revisions if the artist misses a detail in the commission.♡ Commissions are for personal use ONLY

NOTE: My preferred method of delivering the final artwork is through email

Updates:

♡ I will send progress updates as I work on your commission (sketch, render, etc.)
♡ You are free to message me anytime you would like additional updates
